Something broken, or a question. Here is where to go.

Contact

contact@krokiet.app. One person reads it, so give it a day or two. If something is broken, saying which screen you were on and what you tapped saves a round trip.

Deleting your account

Open your account screen in the app and use the delete button. It removes your account, your email address and your friendships straight away. The scores you gave stay on the meals your friends recorded, under a name with no person behind it, because deleting them would rewrite dinners other people were at. If you want those gone as well, email the address above. The full explanation is on the privacy page.

Signing in

Krokiet uses Google, Apple, or a link sent to your email. There are no passwords to forget. If the emailed link does not open the app, the same message carries a six-digit code that always works, including on a laptop.

Someone at the table has no app

Enter them as a stand-in profile and score their dishes for them. Later you can send them a link that hands the whole history over to a real account of their own, and nothing they were given has to be typed twice.

A restaurant is missing

Add it. Manual entry is always available, including from the map itself, and a place you add is matched against the map's own data rather than duplicated. Two pins that turn out to be the same restaurant can be merged by hand from the place screen.

Which phones

iPhone, on iOS 16.4 and later. Android is not available yet.
